February 2026 Release: Workspace Setup by Email & Integrated Wallet Management

Managing property transactions shouldn't require constant tab-switching, duplicate data entry, or asking your clients to remember multiple logins. This month's release addresses both of these friction points with features that keep you working where you already are - and give your clients a single, unified platform to manage funds across 48 currencies.

Feature 1: Workspace Setup by Email

The challenge

Every new transaction follows the same pattern:

  • You have email records of property details, buyer/seller contact information, and a proposed completion date

  • You open Redpin in a new tab

  • You manually re-enter information you already have in front of you

  • You invite the buyer or seller

  • You switch back to your email to confirm the details are correct

  • You repeat this process for the next client

For solicitors managing 30-50 transactions per year, this context switching adds up to 10-15 hours of duplicate data entry annually - time that could be spent on legal counsel, client communication, or business development.

The solution

Workspace Setup by Email allows you to create fully configured workspaces by simply forwarding your client details to [email protected]. Our Customer Success team handles the setup, workspace configuration, and initial client invitations - all based on the information in your email.

How it works

Step 1: Forward (or send) client details

When you receive a client inquiry or are ready to set up a new transaction, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Required Information:

  • Property address

  • Completion date (or estimated completion date)

  • Property purchase price

  • Buyer name, email, and phone number OR

  • Seller name, email, and phone number

Step 2: Include optional instructions (Optional)

You can also request that we execute initial actions as part of workspace setup:

  • "Please send Redpin Wallet Access request to seller"

  • "Please send Payment Request to buyer for €5,000 reservation deposit"

  • "Please request destination account details from seller"

We'll include these in the workspace creation process and execute them immediately after setup.

Important: We cannot accept requests to share specific bank account numbers or IBANs via email for security reasons. You can request that we send a Payment Request to a buyer/seller for their dedicated Redpin wallet, but actual account details must be collected through Redpin's secure platform.

Step 3: We create your workspace

Our Customer Success team receives your email and:

  • Creates the workspace with all property and client details

  • Sends invitations to the buyer and/or seller

  • Executes any optional instructions you requested (Wallet Access, Payment Requests, etc.)

  • Sends you a confirmation email with a direct link to the workspace

Average turnaround time: 2-4 hours during business hours (9:00-17:00 CET, Monday-Friday)

Step 4: You review and proceed

Click the link in the confirmation email to review your workspace. All client details are populated, invitations are sent, and any requested actions are already in progress. You can immediately begin coordinating the transaction.

Q: Can all Redpin Powered Professionals use this service?

Yes. Workspace Setup by Email is available to all active Redpin solicitors and agents at no additional cost.

Q: Do I need to send all workspace information upfront, or can I add details later?

You must provide all required fields (property address, completion date, price, buyer/seller contact details) in your initial email. Our team cannot create a workspace with incomplete information. However, you can log into Redpin at any time to edit or add details after creation.

Q: How long does workspace creation take?

2-4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 CET). Emails received outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Q: Is it secure to send client details via email?

Yes. All emails to [email protected] are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols. We do not accept sensitive financial information (bank account numbers, IBANs) via email - only basic contact details and property information.
