Three features designed to help you close every transaction with complete control in a way that’s aligned with your client preferences
Redpin was built to provide you greater control, security, and flexibility with every deal. This month’s releases deliver three capabilities that help you deliver consistent, world-class service to every seller, regardless of their technical comfort level or native language.
Seller Wallet Access - Manage commissions and contractual payments directly from seller proceeds
Phone-friendly seller experience -Sellers can now complete wallet setup over the phone, no login required
Two new languages – Swedish and Norwegian now supported
In the final hours of completion day, with notaries, buyers, and sellers coordinating last-minute details, your commission payment often becomes an afterthought. This results in reminder emails days or weeks later, delayed payments, and a transactional end to an otherwise seamless experience.
Similarly, contractual obligations—final utility payments, outstanding taxes, or agent commissions—require separate follow-up with your seller, who may have already mentally moved on from the transaction.
Redpin Seller Wallet Access allows you to execute authorized payments directly from your seller's proceeds—with their explicit permission—the moment completion occurs.
Step 1: Enable Wallet Access during workspace setup
When creating a new transaction workspace for a seller, you'll now see an option to "Request access for this participant."
Step 2: Seller grants permission
Your seller receives a notification (via email) explaining that you've requested the ability to execute authorized payments on their behalf. They are able to review and approve this request within the Redpin platform.

Step 3: Execute payments on completion day
Once completion funds are received in the seller's Redpin wallet, you can immediately:
Transfer your commission payment - Funds transfer instantly to your firm's account
Pay outstanding obligations - Settle utility bills, agent fees, or tax payments listed in the contract
Coordinate final tax filings - Execute payments to the Tax Agency on your client's behalf

All actions are logged and visible to your seller in real-time. They receive instant notifications of each transaction.
Not every seller is comfortable navigating digital platforms—particularly older clients, those with limited technical experience, or international sellers unfamiliar with Spanish digital banking norms. We’ve heard that some Redpin users refrain from inviting certain sellers to a transaction on Redpin, limiting your ability to benefit from the security, speed, and flexibility that Redpin provides.
Phone-First Seller Onboarding allows your sellers to accept Redpin invitations, verify their identity, and elect to receive funds in their Redpin VIBAN entirely over the phone with our multilingual support team. No login. No website. No complexity.
Step 1: Invite your seller (As usual)
Create a workspace and invite your seller via their email, phone number, and preferred language. No changes to your existing workflow.
Step 2: Seller has the option to proceed digitally or by phone
Your seller will still receive the email invitation to a workspace along with a phone call from our multilingual support team. Now, they’ll have the option to accept the workspace, onboard, and elect to receive funds in their Redpin wallet all over the phone.
The entire process takes around eight to twelve minutes.
Step 3: You receive confirmations and an account ownership certificate
Once the seller's wallet is active, you receive:
Account ownership certificate
VIBAN destination details
Confirmation that the seller is ready to receive completion funds
Your transaction can proceed exactly as planned—without technical delays.
Redpin now officially supports Swedish and Norwegian—bringing our total language support to five languages.
When you invite a client to a workspace, simply select their preferred language from the dropdown menu. Every element of their experience—emails, in-app messaging, account screens, and support documentation—will appear in their native language.
When creating a workspace, you'll see a new field: "Language preference."
Select from:
Q: Can sellers revoke Wallet Access permission after granting it?
Yes. Sellers can revoke access at any time before or after completion day by contacting our support team.
Q: What happens if my seller starts setup online, then decides they want phone assistance?
They can pause their online setup at any point and proceed over the phone. Our team will pick up where they left off—no need to restart the process.
Q: Are there additional fees for Phone-First Onboarding?
No. This is included as part of your Redpin service at no extra charge.
Q: How do I know if my seller granted Wallet Access permission?
You'll receive an instant email notification the moment your seller approves or denies the permission request. You can also check the workspace dashboard, where permission status is always visible.
